Seven Facts About Our Warehouse

Fact 1 - We are based in Arundel, Gold Coast, Australia.
We moved from Sydney to this brand-new warehouse in April 2021. If you live on the Coast, you can pick up order from 9 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday. Plus, we set up a nice and cozy pickup space for the comfort of our customers.

Fact 2 - Our warehouse space is around 700 m² over two levels.
Back in 2021, when we moved to our new 400 m² warehouse, we thought it would be enough for years. However, in only six months, we almost outgrew it. Then we came up with the idea to build a mezzanine level, increasing our space to around 700 m².

Fact 3 - The facility is powered by renewable solar energy.
We have 64 solar panels producing around 26 kW of electricity, which is enough to power all our computers and printers, charge forklifts, and even air-condition the 8 m high warehouse. This is our small step to help the environment.

Fact 4 - We stock around 20,000 parts.
We carry a wide stock of auto parts, such as body, electrical, air conditioning, fuel system, cooling, transmission, steering, and suspension. Our range includes genuine parts for Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Kia, Ssangyong, Hyundai, and others.

Fact 5 - Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day.
We understand the importance of fast and reliable delivery. We don't do drop-shipping and list only the items we have on the shelf. We promise to ship your order the same business day if paid before 2 pm (AEST).

Fact 6 - We receive new stock twice a month.
Generally, we receive two cargos per month. One cargo arrives by air to replenish out-of-stock parts. The second cargo is usually a big sea freight that helps maintain stock levels and expand our range.

Fact 7 - Our warehouse manager drives a Toyota Aristo 2JZ-GTE.
Yes, the 3.0 L, VVT-I, twin-turbo, real JDM was imported from Japan several years ago. (By the way, Dmitry is a very nice guy who loves his job).
