Membership is free and open for both individuals and corporations.
GoodState Friends is a tier-based program. The level of benefits is based on the amount spent by a member at goodstate.com.au. There are 5 (five) tiers of benefits, which are explained in the table below:
When you sign up, you will automatically become our Friend and can enjoy a 10% discount every time you shop. You also get a free upgrade to Express postage when you buy 2 (two) or more items at the same time.
The upgrade to Express postage is for shipping across Australia only.
International customers are entitled to a discount according to their benefit level. Purchases in NZD, USD and EURO will be converted to AUD on the date of purchase and summed up to determine the benefit tier.
The more you buy, the more benefits you’ll receive.
GoodState, in its sole discretion, can terminate the membership of any individual and corporation for failure to comply with the Program’s terms and conditions and/or our website’s terms and conditions.
When you sign up to be a member of the Program, you agree to hear from GoodState Spare Parts with information on new items, Friends-only offers and special loyalty-only benefits via email.
To opt out of receiving GoodState marketing emails, you can click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each marketing email you receive.
The discount does not apply to Specially ordered parts.
Returns and Cancellations are excluded from the total amount spent.
During sales, no additional discount will be applied to the sale price. If your discounted price is lower than the sale price, we will use your discounted price.
Kits and Sets are considered as 1 (one) item.
GoodState Spare Parts reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms and conditions, benefits and services relating to the Program at its sole discretion.
GoodState Spare parts will make every effort to deliver the specified benefits and service to members. However, GoodState Spare Parts will not be held liable for refunds or consequential damages resulting from failure to deliver such benefits and services.
